No bookings required, catch the shuttle at the time that works for you. Please note that seats are subject to availability on the day (no additional services will be run).
Accessibility
This pilot service uses a 22-seat minibus with stepped entry. It is not suitable for wheelchair access.
PTV’s Bus Route 439 is wheelchair accessible (tickets via myki) and operates daily between Werribee and Werribee South, including stops at Werribee Park Mansion, Werribee Open Range Zoo and Werribee South Beach (O’Connors Road)
Some stops include gravel paths and uneven ground.
What if I miss the bus?
The Visitor Shuttle Bus runs at 60-minute intervals between 10am and 4pm with the last departure from Werribee Station at 3:30pm.
If it’s not convenient to wait for a later departure time for you have missed the last service, transport options to Werribee Station may include:

Bus Safety
Seatbelts are mandatory - all passengers must wear a seatbelt.
Dogs & Pets
Dogs and pets are not permitted on the Visitor Shuttle Bus with the exception of accredited assistance animals.
Strollers, prams and luggage
Space is limited in the Shuttle Bus to hand-held items that can be folded and/or held next to you in your seating area to avoid blocking access in the aisle.
Bikes and Scooters
Due to space restrictions, bikes and scooters cannot be taken on board the Visitor Shuttle Bus. There are bike hoops (bring your own lock or chain) at Werribee Station.
Gravel Roads
Please note that the short 1km route between Werribee Open Range Zoo and Lancemore Mansion Hotel and between Lancemore Mansion Hotel and the Victoria State Rose Garden are internal gravel roads, with corrugation. These sections are short, however If you are sensitive to motion sickness you may like to sit towards the front of the bus.
Public Toilets
There are public toilets located at Werribee Station, next to the Werribee Visitor Information Centre at Werribee Open Range Zoo, Werribee Park Mansion, Werribee South Beach and Wyndham Harbour.
